I nearly had a fit when I discovered my local Starbucks stores were no longer carrying my fave apple bran muffins, so I immediately looked online for a comparable recipe. I made these this morning and they are AMAZING!! I used unsweetened apple sauce and the Splenda brown sugar blend to cut down on the sugar, but you can't tell it from the taste at all. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. These are not only better for me, they're better for my wallet. :) Wow!
