Yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe!

Stacey, Thank you so much for the breakdown. I knew they were much healthier, but that's crazy good. :)

Hi, I found your recipe via google too. Thanks! I made them this morning. I followed your recipe except I added dried cherries instead of cranberries. I also saved about a tablespoon of the brown sugar. I added the brown sugar and about 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and sprinkled that mixture over the top before baking to make the top a bit crunchy. It was so good. Oh, I added some walnuts too. Delicious. I also did the calorie/sugar/fat breakdown for my version. 3.3 grams fat; 15 grams sugar; 114 calories. That includes all the fruit and walnuts too. (compared to 350 calories and 9 grams of fat from my precious Starbucks) Thanks again!!!

Just wanted to thank you for posting this. I LOVE the Starbucks Bran muffins and was thrilled to find your recipe via Google. I made them this weekend and they are SO good. Even my picky husband and toddler ate them right up - thanks for sharing! :)

As you can tell, I totally understand your new resolution to give up procrastination. My New Year's Resolution is to write 2-3 posts each week on the topics in SARK's Living Juicy book.

Anytime you need support, stop on by, but I have a feeling you're on your way. I'll probably be stopping by your blog for inspiration from your cards and paintings. :)

Hello Erin, greetings from a fellow Procrastinator!! I'm a fellow SARK fan too. Your posts are wonderful & I recognise so much of myself in what you write. My major resolution this new year is to stop procrastinating; I'm almost 46 & have wasted so much of my life putting things off, being afraid to try something new, etc., etc. Well, I don't have that much time left to waste & there is so much I want to do, so I have to get started. :) I wish you well & maybe we can encourage each other from time to time. BTW, are you aware of Tammy Vitale? Check out her site http://tammyvitale.com

Hi Erin,

I like this post, now for a fun comment, in defense of us bottom feeders, the apples higher on the tree must also be careful because the guy who climbs to the top may just have good hands. Your blog is fun - keep up the enjoyment. :)

Best Wishes
